The Supreme Court today ‘struck out’ all of the key allegations against Queensland environmentalist Ben Pennings after being sued by Adani over his campaign work.

“This false vilification of Ben Pennings through legal accusations has effectively been a four year gaol sentence with an unknown date of execution. It cried out for action for governments around the country to make such actions illegal as in many jurisdictions overseas,” said Bob Brown.

“For the conservation movement, Ben will be an enduring hero until the day the coal mining stops and beyond,” said Bob Brown.
