About this event
Join thousands of people across Australia next March to demand an end to native forest logging and forest mining nationwide.
Our campaign for forests is growing rapidly but needs Australians to show up. So please save the date and join with thousands of others around the country to save native forests now!
The story
March for Forests returns in March 2027. Stand with thousands across Australia demanding an urgent end to native forest logging—for climate, wildlife, and our shared future.
In locations nationwide, communities will take to the streets. RSVP to join our March for Forests event in Sydney and receive updates as the movement builds toward action.
Across New South Wales, South East Queensland and Lutruwita / Tasmania, native forests continue to be logged under government licences, pushing endangered wildlife to the brink of extinction and worsening the climate crisis.
Our leaders must hear us. Prime Minister Albanese and his government can protect native forests nationwide, if they choose to act, once and for all.
Nearly 20,000 people have already marched. As Bob Brown says, “When we need forests most, we are still destroying them.” Rise up and join the call to protect and restore forests.
