A voyage to protect Antarctica

Antarctica is a globally significant ecosystem.

It acts as a thermostat for the entire planet and plays a critical role in regulating our climate. It is home to a spectacular array of wildlife found nowhere else in the world.

This summer, Bob Brown Foundation is traveling to the Antarctic Peninsula in collaboration with Sea Shepherd Global, to highlight the incredible beauty and importance of Antarctica and show you firsthand some of the threats this fragile ecosystem faces.

Our Antarctic and Marine Campaigner, Alistair Allan, will be onboard this epic voyage south and will be sending dispatches and updates from the wild Southern Ocean, as the ship makes its journey from the windswept dunes of Namibia to the cathedral-like icebergs of the Antarctic continent.
