About this event
A living legacy for the wild places you love.
You are invited to a special morning tea with Bob to celebrate the impact of gifts in Wills for our foundation.
Please join Bob, his partner Paul, and other like-minded supporters to hear how vital this special form of giving is to our future capacity to achieve our long-term goals to defend and protect our remaining wild places and wildlife. A gift in your Will can be your living legacy to the Earth.
Bookings are essential.
RSVP by Wednesday, 8 October – please indicate which event you would like to attend.
Further information
Getting there (Oura Oura)
Oura Oura, one of Bush Heritage Australia’s Liffey Valley Reserves, is less than an hour’s drive from Launceston, Westbury or Deloraine. Full directions will be provided closer to the time.
If there is sufficient interest, we will arrange a shuttle bus from Launceston (indicate via RSVP form)
Accessibility (Oura Oura)
You need to have reasonable mobility and balance and be able to walk approximately 500 metres and manage uneven, undulating ground.
The site is unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible, due to the rocky surface in sections and several steps from the footbridge. If you are keen to come but are concerned about accessibility, please contact Merrilyn to discuss (contact details below).
There is a general parking area approx. 250 metres walk from the reserve. There are two reserved car parks for disabled access at the main entrance to the reserve – please let Merrilyn know if you think you will need to make use of one of these.
